RE.A.L. workspace concept
What’s better: fixed or flexible workspaces?
We say: the best of both.
At sitegeist, we work in agile, self-organized teams. That’s why each employee has their own dedicated desk in their team’s office area. But that’s not the only place they’ll work—because some tasks and situations call for different spaces.
We support the four core modes of collaboration in different combinations. That’s why we offer both fixed and flexible workspaces, plus a tailored infrastructure that supports the varied demands of everyday work.
Team Offices
The team desk is your home base.
Every team member has a personal desk in their team’s office space—this is where team bonding and focused collaboration happen. Because excellent results require an excellent setup: ergonomic equipment and height-adjustable desks come as standard for everyone.
Focus Rooms
No distractions. Just deep work.
Anyone working here needs full concentration and zero interruptions. And no—it’s not okay to “just quickly ask something.”
Focus Rooms are not permanent workstations and must be cleared completely after each use. Phones, Slack, email? Off. Everyone respects your focus.
Lounge
Relax and recharge—for real productivity.
Short breaks often boost the brain more than long work sessions. That’s why we created three dedicated lounge zones: “Aquarium”, “Reh Lounge”, “FLOW Beach Club”
These are ideal for casual chats with colleagues—and are also popular for spontaneous, informal, and creative meetings that spark real innovation. Clients are sometimes surprised at first—but soon delighted by the results these spaces produce.

Meeting Spaces
Not everything has to be unconventional.
Yes, we also have classic meeting rooms. Equipped with state-of-the-art tech, Neuland® agile facilitation tools, and interactive smartboards, they’re perfect for team meetings, client sessions, or internal workshops.
Creative Innovation Campus
A playground for new ideas.
Our new campus area offers cutting-edge smartboard tech and flexible furniture to create multiple setups—from relaxed Street Art–inspired creative zones to training areas, meetup seating, or code sprint tables for dynamic group work. Thanks to state-of-the-art smartboard technology and flexible seating and table concepts, our new campus enables many forms of important working environments: chilled street art creative areas, further training, row seating for large meet-ups or flexible working groups for code sprints.

Room of Silence
Unplug. Rest. Breathe.
Power nap? Meditation? Just need to unplug for a moment? The “Room of Silence” is private, lockable, and invisible from the outside. Use it however you need—no questions asked.
