With My Sysmex, Sysmex Europe offers a customized customer portal that has been specially developed for laboratory users. It provides all important documents and information for the use of Sysmex analysis systems and enables comprehensive customization to individual needs and requirements.

My Sysmex simplifies access to important resources such as user manuals, package inserts, safety data sheets and certificates. A powerful search function ensures that laboratory users can find all the documents they need quickly and efficiently. In addition, the portal provides the ability to compare internal quality control (IQC) results across sites, making it easier to work with multiple Sysmex analyzers from the same series.

Individual customization and comprehensive training offers

A particular highlight of My Sysmex is the customizable user interface. Laboratory staff can customize the portal according to their interests and requirements and receive tailored information and updates on their devices and applications. The portal also offers a wide range of training resources. In addition to digital training and up-to-date webinars, lab users can also book courses that take place directly on site in the lab. These courses cover a wide range of topics, from equipment training to new diagnostic parameters.
