The Project
In collaboration with Tenerity, sitegeist launched the implementation of the portal for Landesbank Baden-Württemberg's employeeerprogram in November 2017.
The focus of the "Extras erleben" employee portal is on events aimed at building a shared Group identity and motivating employees.
The events organized and managed by the company always offer employees a special "extra".
As part of this project, sitegeist has created a platform on the basis Shopware which enables LBBW employees to "apply" for events. As the very popular events are usually overbooked, the decision is usually made by drawing lots. Employees are only informed whether or not they can attend this time after the draw has been made. Only then are orders generated in Shopware, which are then processed via an internal bank payment interface.
Shopware Beyond Standard Commerce
In this project too, sitegeist is not implementing a classic B2C store, but is instead relying on the versatile options offered by the Shopware framework and developing a solution tailored to the needs of Landesbank Baden-Württemberg.
In the "Extras experience" project, the Shopware core was expanded to include individual functions. Our partner Tenerity needed a convenient tool for handling the entire settlement process, from the application process to the draw and the processing of downstream payments.
