- The intranet was initially developed at the end of 2014 with TYPO3 version 6.2 LTS
- requirements for a modern intranet have changed since then
- the TYPO3 relaunch followed in 2024

Centralized access to "static" content such as internal policies, the telephone directory, "My Intranet", local public transport timetables, and more.
Communication
Display relevant (emergency) news tailored to each employee, while avoiding information overload.
Interaction
Enable feedback on specific content, support better decision-making through surveys, and foster employee engagement through interactive tools.

- Solr-powered analytics for most visited pages per user
- Svelte-based dynamic frontend
- Reactive architecture with a dynamic frontend store: components automatically respond to changes in other components, i.e. Add page to bookmarks → page instantly appears in bookmark list, Mark news as read → notification counter updates in real time
- Single Sign-On (SSO) via the organization’s internal system
