New B2B portal for rehaVital - with a strong focus on usability and integration
The new reviDacon (rehaVital Data Connect) portal was launched on May 21, 2025 with the aim of bundling all B2B activities in the rehaVital universe on one platform. The platform is aimed at rehaVital members and suppliers and has been completely rethought in terms of technology and design.
The focus was not only on modernization, but above all on creating a user-friendly, integrated solution for daily work - realized in close cooperation between rehaVital, CSE Healthcare GmbH and sitegeist as the implementing digital agency.
The project goal
The aim was to develop a future-proof portal that acts as a central digital hub for information, services and cooperation offers. Existing systems were to be integrated via interfaces , new self-service functions integrated and the corporate design of rehaVital modernized interpretiated at the same time.
Migrating nearly 3,000 users from the legacy system, roughly one-third logged in on launch day — an impressive onboarding success.

sitegeist took over the holistic implementation of the relaunch - from UX conception and design to technical development with TYPO3. Special attention was paid to:
Modern UX/UI design
A clean, responsive, and intuitive interface based on rehaVital’s corporate design. The tone and visuals create a close connection to the target audience.
Intelligent role and rights management
Custom role-based access ensures users see only what matters to them — with tailored content and functionality.
SSO-based authentication
Single Sign-On allows seamless access to all connected applications across the rehaVital system landscape.
Integration of existing systems and services
Via robust APIs, we connected editorial content, self-service features (e.g., Fit & Vital Plus, CareMedOne), news modules, and external partner offers.
New CMS solution based on TYPO3
The portal now runs on TYPO3 v13 – a flexible, future-proof CMS that empowers editors and scales with the organization’s needs.
