Exclusive Online Store for Premium Travel Luggage

With expertise in the field of high-quality luggage, TITAN has stood for quality, innovation and tradition for over 40 years. As a fourth-generation family business, TITAN has made a name for itself with products that embody courage, straightforwardness and maturity. Since 2020, all TITAN cases have been manufactured exclusively in Germany, underlining the brand's quality awareness and aspirations. Known from the stationary trade and as an outfitter of brands such as Borussia Dortmund, TITAN shares values and visions with customers worldwide. In this context, TITAN decided to rebuild its online store in order to strengthen the brand in the digital space and enable an exclusive presentation of the products.
The Project – An Iterative Approach
The project was implemented as part of the travelite umbrella group and is based on Shopware 6. The aim was to replace the old store and create a new store with a fresh, high-quality look that appeals to the needs of TITAN's discerning target group.
A particular challenge was to integrate the new TITAN store into the existing Shopware 6 system. Existing Flows and rules of the existing travelite and IMPACKT stores had to be checked and expanded to ensure seamless integration.
The design of the new store was developed individually and tailor-made to appropriately present the exclusive and high-quality character of TITAN products. Thanks to the intensive involvement of the sitegeist design team throughout the entire project and the use of tailor-made design templates, customer requests could be iteratively implemented and visualized.
The entire store storefront was initially mapped in Figma using a design prototype to give the customer an initial feel for the look and feel of the finished store.
Premium Design and Enhanced User Experience
Particular attention was paid to improving the user experience. The product detail pages were individualized with dynamic elements to present important product information in an appealing way and enable intuitive navigation. The integration of high-quality product slide elements on the home page and the product detail page, taking into account all view ports, also contributed to increasing user-friendliness.
